中国农业科学院植物保护研究所是农业部直属科研机构，建所四十多年来，坚持面向国民经济主战场，解决了植物保护领域中的许多重大问题。在国内率先合成了六六六、1605、抗蚜威、甲拌磷、2，4-D，霜脲氰、嘧霉胺等原药，为农业生产做出了杰出贡献。1991年（“七五”期间）农业部系统所属全国1232个农业科研机构科研开发实力综合评估中，连续两届蝉联榜首。1996年又被评为农业基础研究十强之一。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Institute of Plant Protection (IPP)of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS) is directly affiliated to Ministry of Agriculture.From the outset of it over 40 years before,it has solved lots of important problems in plant protection profession.For example,it was the No. 1 to synthesize such chemicals as HCH,Parathion-ethyl,Pirimicarb,Phorate,2,4-D,Cymoxanil,Pyrimidifen and so on.In 1990(during the seventhfive-year-plan period)and 1996(during the eighth five-year-plan period),it was twice awarded the first in the integration evaluation of all the 1232 agriculture scientific research organizatons.Also in 1996,it was selected one of the ten strongest agriculture fundamental research units all over the country.
